Also if battery is not fully charged it will not offer update. Tried both CF and SD. Brand newno earlier fileseach formatted in the camera. As reported by someone else, the file does appear to be ON the card. it just won't transferand the firmware screen shows the older firmware (004, etc.) but only shows "OK".
